As part of the Munters Product team you will be in a central role to deliver Munters vision for enabling digital transformation to our product portfolio. This team is responsible for accelerating the portfolio, business model, product strategy and solutions that drives business growth and revenue. 

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a global digital portfolio strategy, and then implement that strategy with the support of Marketing, Sales, Segments and R&D. 

Responsibilities

  • Identifying competitive opportunities for the IoT portfolio and architecting solutions within business area Air Treatment 
  • Ensure alignment with internal product roadmaps 
  • Working across engineering, business development, R&D and sales to land deal/design wins on IoT solutions 
  • Prioritize requirements based on Munters Triage way of working and based on Strategic fit, Risks and financial return. 
  • Work with 3rd party development companies and be a key player in selecting partners. 
  • The role requires that you provide high level technical support and you will need to gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and applications, in order to support and increase competency within our sales organization. 

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in combination of business development management consulting, engineering, tech sales and/or product management roles 
  • Master communicator with superb ability to translate technology solutions into business outcomes with high ROI 
  • Deep incubation and innovation industry expertise to enable translation of technical solutions into growth engines 
  • Deep understanding of the industry competitive landscape and be able to translate Munters value proposition to drive global compete strategies for IoT 
  • Experienced in solution selling methodologies and pipeline management 
  • Track record of driving business/product performance through influencing for impact and supporting cross-group and cross-cultural collaboration 
  • Ability to foresee future trends 
  • Ability to communicate in writing and verbally, Swedish and English, other languages is an advantage.
