Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing objectives for Mist Elimination and Mass Transfer products within sales territory. Main customer segments include Marine, Power and Process Industries (e.g. Refineries, Chemical). Responsible for new and existing customer accounts, meeting sales targets including (but not limited to) order intake, net sales, margin, customer visits, and project management.



  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plan and targets based on overall strategy
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Generate inquiries, prepare and submit offers and convert offers to orders
  • Provide professional sales experience for customers along entire sales process
  • Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts
  • Plan and conduct sales meetings for the purpose of educating, training and stimulating internal and external sales organizations
  • Participate in the preparation of advertising and promotion programs and ensure programs are effectively launched in the field



  • At least 8-10 years working experience in relevant industry
  • Bachelor degree or above; degree in engineering or related beneficial
  • Good understanding of project based selling
  • Strong negotiation, relationship and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication skills- verbal, written and presentation
  • Honesty, integrity, diligence and good team work spirit
  • Willing and able to travel extensively (more than 50% of the time)
  • English proficiency; German a plus
  • Good command of MS office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint
