This role has been created to better support Munters customer base across EMEA. As an Inside Sales Representative you will be supporting to develop new and existing prospects with customers. You will be working on targeted campaigns to grow our international customer base of SME customers.

An important part of your tasks and responsibilities will include supporting and executing sales strategies. You will be working closely with other departments, specially the field sales teams, to understand your customer needs and provide the best solutions to them.

You will be working in an international team located at our Munters office in Brentford, Greater London, UK.

Key Activities & Accountabilities

  • Manage and maintain data accuracy in pipeline and forecasting within the CRM system
  • Define target list of potential new or existing customers and build relationships with key decision makers, to cross sell and upsell
  • Identify new customers and grow the number of customers of Munters
  • Support the closing of all new business including all sales administrative tasks
  • Proactively promote targeted campaigns of Munters products and services to NEW and EXISTING customers
  • In conjunction with the Sales Team, the position will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualifying business opportunities, creating and delivering sales presentations, creating sales proposals, negotiating and closing deals for targeted campaigns.
  • Build a close, collaborative working relationship with other internal functions including field sales teams, manufacturing, logistics and engineering teams

Skills & Abilities & Education

  • Fluent in English and German
  • Experience in a similar Inside Sales Representative role:
    • Previous sales experience, generating sales leads
    • Engineering degree or experience in a technical or manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record of effective communication with customers by phone
  • Able to identify a partial quick win and take action to convert into business
  • Good attention to detail, understand impact of inaccuracies when quoting or data entry
  • Experience of using a CRM software
  • Must be willing to travel on occasion
