Main activities


  • Implement the sales strategy given by the BU Manager.
  • Negotiate and close deals with customers.
  • Increase sales by presenting new products, productions, special programs, etc.
  • Provide clients with all the information they need to optimize our systems.

Customer's support

  • Manage customers by giving answers and solving problems directly or by contacting the most suitable business referrer.
  • Attend technical training on products.
  • Actively work on customer loyalty.
  • Relate to the Customer Service for managing smaller customers.

  • Plan customer visits.
  • Constantly upgrade your customer files (through Corporate CRM).
  • Identify potential new customers.
  • Market and competitors analysis.
  • Create market and customer reports.
  • Manage sales tools, sales support materials (marketing materials, technical brochures, samples, etc.).

% time: 10%


Areas of interest: Italy, France, North-Africa (Maghreb), Hungary, Pakistan (remote)

Travelling time: 50-75%

Remaining timeHome-office (for candidates who live too far from our Ligurian HQ)

Main requirement

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • 7 to 10 years in a similar position
  • Established sell and negotiation skills
  • Experience in indirect channel management and planning with dealers
  • Experience in the sale of complex (mechanical) products
  • Previous experience of project management / sales engineering
  • Self-discipline in order to manage working from home
  • English language - good written and spoken
  • French language - good written and spoken
  • Previous experience in air treatment systems and/or Agribusiness is considered a major plus
