Your role

  • Manage the Product Quality Information flow from our Installation and Commissioning Process into the Manufacturing Operations.
  • Upload Product Quality Information into the Customers Quality Systems.
  • Create performance reports to Senior Management based on information provided by Customer Feedback process.
  • Interact with Site Installation and Commissioning teams to address progress, performance and quality issues.
  • Report recurring quality issues into the Quality Management System.
  • Interact with Factory Quality Team to identify root causes and corrective actions.
  • Support the C2 process for the Global Datacenter BU : weekly follow-up meetings ; drive issue resolution and implementation in cooperation with involved departments
  • Support the Quality Inspection team when required, backup in case of absence or temporary work over load.
  • To support the development of the QMS to fit the future requirements of ISO 9001 and specific demands of our Customers
  • Any other activity assigned by the Quality Manager

Your profile

  • Bachelor/Senior Technician in Electro-mechanics
  • Excellent English and good French skills required
  • Good knowledge of MS office and ERP systems
  • Experience with BIM 360 preferred or other Quality Software
  • Autonomous, rigorous, dynamic with excellent organization skills
  • Good ability to listen and communicate with Customers
  • Excellent skills of indirect leadership and people skills with the ability to motivate remote teams
  • Ability to remain focused under pressure and to analyze problems in order to implement accurate and permanent solutions
  • Good technical knowledge of electricity, mechanics, materials, sheet metal working, ISO standards, Quality procedures and reading drawings
