Essential duties and responsibilities
Further develop team capability, grow team members’ sales skill and project follow capability through join visits, thus to
develop market potential.
Keep a tight relationship to the industry, provide solid market feedback, develop 3 ~ 5 years strategy and execute it
Conduct regular presentations to customer / seminar; promote Munters unique zeolite rotor technology, becoming the industry
Manage and maintain KEY customers to secure projects.
Workout and execute the activity plan to strengthen the communication with Design institute, Consultant and Integrators to
secure project info.
Description of profile required (professional experience, skills etc.)
Work in VOC industry or Major in Chemical engineering background.
Work background for environment protection industry is preferred.
Chanel management / Direct sales management background is preferred.
Above 5 years team management experience.
Capable to handle large projects (coordinate between design Institute, Integrator, owner, etc).
Adapt to travel frequently.
Willing to serve customer.
Fast learning. Able and willing to learn application knowhow.
Fluent in both written and spoken English
