Essential duties and responsibilities:
1. Develop new industry or application within existing or new potential customer.
2. Manage and maintain KEY customers to secure projects.
3. Grow the team members’ sales skill and project follow capability through join visits.
4. Workout and execute the activity plan to strengthen the communication with Design institute, consultant and AHU companies to secure project info.
5. According to market potential, workout the local sales plan, and define the suitable sales KPI, follow regularly, to achieve growth target.
6. Hold seminars in key customer / design firms to promote Munters solution.
7. Follow AR(Account Receivable) regularly to make sure Munters collect the payment on time.
8. Feedback the competition info to specific application Segment.


Description of profile required (professional experience, skills etc.):
Basic Requirements: 
General
1. Work in HVAC(Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) industry or Major in HVAC.
2. Work background for light industrial(Food, Pharma, Electronic,etc).
3. Direct sales management background.
Personal
1. Above 3 years team management experience.
2. Capable to handle large projects (coordinate between design Institute, contractor, owner, etc).
3. Adapt to travel frequently.
4. Willing to serve customer.
Skill
1. Fast learning. Able and willing to learn application knowhow, can do unit selection for customer.
2. Fluent in both written and spoken English
Preferred Requirements: 
•Proficient in computer skills
•Positive, open mind, energetic attitude
•Good communication skills
