Description of Job Role and Responsibilities:

Recruitment of staff  and workers (including contract workers).
Recruitment authorization form,sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, salary negotiation, salary structuring, appointment letter.
Building rapport with ITI & consultancy for hiring skilled staff & worker.   
Joining procedure for staff and workers - Orientation training, etc. 

Monthly salary processing.
Attendance & Payroll processing for staff and workers and site employees as well
Preparing overtime reports, checking salary musters, etc.  

Compliances     
PF, ESIC, LWF 
    
Benefits      
Making sure PF & ESIC benefits reach the employees. 
 
PDA      
Imparting PDA training to staff & workers and guiding them.    
Translating PDA form from English to Hindi. 
Compile PDA result.
Assist to manager in performance appraisal process. 
  
Employee Survey    
Imparting Survey training to workers and guiding staff.   
Translating Survey form from English to Hindi.
Complile survey results.
Preparing presentation on survey results.
   
Training      
Preparing training calendar for staff & workers and maintaining records. 
Conducting training effectiveness reviews for selected trainings.   
Following up on staff & workers  trainings.
     
MIS      
Preparing MIS relating to staff and workers like extra working, loss of pay, attrition, etc.
Events for staff and workers - Helping admin conduct events. 
Counseling and grievance redress to staff & worker.

Exit   
Exit procedure for staff and workers    
Conducting exit interviews, preparing full and final statements, etc.

Experience and Skills required:

4-5 years (In HR department of a  manufacturing company)
MS office.

Key Personal Skills:

People-orientation.
Excellent communication skills. 
MS Office.
Ability to motivate people.
Assess performance & training needs

Key Competencies:

Knowledge of Labor Laws and compliance
MS Office

Language Skills required:
