We are looking for the professional marketer with functional expertise on Marketing Communication relevant jobs including Online & Offline Media and promotions, especially strong at digital Marketing, to grow in Marketing team as the international partner of the Sales Force at China and APAC. This role will report to the Head or Marketing China & APAC directly, and will be plenty opportunities to experience different functions in Marketing and develop the career inside and outside of the team.
Essential duties and responsibilities
• Define local Marketing strategies in alignment with corporate guidelines, develop local offer define targets aligned with BUs.
• Develop local value proposations for customer segments in line with global brand positioning and in cooperation with product management teams.
• Steer operational Marketing and carry out strategy-driven Marketing communication activities especially the strong sence at Digital Marketing to lead the relevant activities inside and outside China.
• Guide sales towards most attractive opportunities; support daily.
• Identify local future opportunities with BA, BU, PM and corporate strategic Marketing teams.
Description of profile required (professional experience, skills etc.)
•Education background: bachelor's degree or above
•Foreign industrial company, 8-year more working experience on Marketing roles;
•Project planning and execution skills;
•Be able to manage multiple projects with aggressive schedules;
•Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
•Willing to grow in Marketing and taking more responsibilities in Marketing Team;
•Quick learner, independent, teamwork and ownership spirit, flexibility and positive mindset.
•Proficient in computer skills
