Our high quality equipment is supported by a global field service and sales network to ensure optimal performance of our units and close customer relationships.

The shared Services organization drives development of solutions people, processes and tools and ensures best practice implementation and continuity of operations worldwide. The Marketing Manager has the important role to drive our internal and external marketing activities. The role requires you to interact with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally. The Marketing Manager will be part of the international AirTech Services Product Management and Marketing team that also includes a Marketing Assistant resource.

This position is preferably based in The Netherlands (Moordrecht), Belgium (Mechelen), Sweden (Kista) or Germany (Hamburg). Remote working is possible with some travel requirement.

Key Activities & Responsibilities

As a Marketing Manager in the Services team you have the ownership of the Services branding and messaging to our different customer segments as well as the Services internal communication activities in line with corporate brand platform and guidelines.

  • Work cross-functionally to develop material for marketing campaigns related to the Services portfolio, as well as the Services web pages
  • Develop, implement and manage local and global service marketing campaigns
  • Support the launch of new Services products and contribute to the Services related messaging in connection to product launches  
  • Interact with Sales and customers creating strong market understanding
  • Create the Marketing Strategy for Services and drive activities accordingly
  • Manage Services Marketing in relation to the Munters brand in cooperation with other Marketing teams on local and central level, and Munters Group Communications.   
  • Participate in regional initiatives relating to Service growth and development.

Education & Skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar work experience
  • Proven marketing experience in a global context
  • Proven experience as manager or project manager
  • Ability to articulate a Marketing Strategy and execute accordingly
  • Ability to work hands-on with digital and content marketing
  • Product Marketing experience from B2B industry is an advantage
  • Experience working in a global organisation is an advantage
  • Ability to build strong relations across organization
  • Team player with change management skills
  • Strong communication skills in multicultural environment
  • ‘Can do’ attitude, strong customer focus and drive for results
  • Interest in and understanding of technical products and solutions
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
