As part of our strategy, we are strengthening and focusing on building our “new core” in mission critical climate control outside dehumidification. We therefore aim to form a CoE (Center of Excellence) for Humidification to focus and structure our offering in EMEA for the Humidification market.

As a CoE Project Manager, you will be actively driving all activities on delivery of orders for the Humidification in EMEA in collaboration with other areas such as Data Centre.

Together with the Humidification project team you will develop a full strategy to communicate and sell Munters expertise and capabilities and actively support the project management of Humidification projects.

The role is ideally suited for Engineers with mechanical or industrial bachelor degree with HVAC experience. The position reports into the VP Sales and Marketing EMEA and is ideally based in Sweden (Kista).

Key Activities & Responsibilities

As Project Manager CoE Humidification, you will work on strategy, coordination and standardization of processes and product offerings, and prepare for execution of contracts with contractors and end users related to the humidification industry in EMEA. 

As a Project Manager CoE your responsibilities will be:

  • Managing projects (including writing technical specifications) and support business development activities
  • Communication with Sales and final customers, from project approval until the shipment.
  • Responsibility for organizing and managing FAT (factory acceptance tests).
  • Communication with Sales and customers about current production status and project planning.
  • Communication with Engineering about production drawings readiness, special customer requirements and customer products quotations
  • Follow up with Sourcing about the ordering of components and their lead times.
  • Ensuring correct invoicing in the right month in collaboration with Finance


Education & Skills

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in managing industrial or construction projects with high end customers
  • Experience in HVAC equipment (including technical drawings)
  • Application software knowledge: Office 365 package, AutoCAD, document systems and CRM systems
  • Dynamic and can do attitude
  • Able to integrate knowledge across business to provide project delivery
  • Fluent in English, other languages an advantage
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and growing environment
