Munters AirTech strategy is unlocking new opportunities. The role as Sales Training & Development Specialist is therefore a crucial role in developing our competences to enable our growth journey. This role will continuously develop sales, application and technical competence of our sales force, and other areas / target groups.

The role is ideally suited for a person that have a strong engagement and experience in training and develop competence in a technical sales environment with focus on helping the customer improve their business.

The position can be based in one of our EMEA offices, preferably in Sweden, Germany, UK, Belgium or Netherlands.

Key Activities & Responsibilities

As a Sales Training & Development Specialist, you will:

  • Drive and deliver our internal training program (Application Development Program) by increasing the depth and breadth of sales competences and application knowledge
  • Explore and develop new areas of sales and application competences
  • Develop and expand application & technical training material (modules)
  • Explore and deliver trainings on new ways of selling that are remote or require a lot of proactivity
  • Support and develop proactive approaches to grow sales in targeted segments of untapped potential
  • Continuously drive development of sales competence towards sales excellence
  • Support development of internal knowledge sharing (technical, sales, applications, etc.) as part of continuous professional development
  • Contribute with administration of a learning management platform in the future to support a structured competence build-up
  • Share experience and best practice for applications between markets to create higher value within the region
  • Facilitate a training experience with application and sales experts becoming a “bumble bee” in the organisation sharing knowledge
  • Sharpen the sales tools to increase sales efficiency and operations excellence

Education & Skills

  • Experience and natural ability to be a trainer and run trainings and coach others
  • Ability to run physical trainings as well as remote trainings to different countries
  • Strong experience with adult learning methods and principles
  • Good technical understanding, HVAC experience in one of our key markets such as Food/Pharma/Defence industry is an advantage
  • Good market and business understanding from customer view
  • High level of understanding of a sales environment and sales methodologies
  • Very good understanding of sales environment (practices, processes, pressures)
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint/Excel/VBA)
  • Knowledge of any current CRM system
  • Strong focus on helping customers develop their business (Win/Win)
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in the current situation
  • Very good English skills, written & spoken, any other language skills are a plus
