Job description and responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible to globally and regionally evaluate and establish new suppliers for the development of new products and projects. You will also represent sourcing in projects and taking sourcing decisions in the supplier selection process from a quality, delivery and cost perspective. Other tasks that the role includes are for example:

  • Secure given project targets and cost goals
  • Coordinate supplier selections with Category Managers
  • Make the supplier selection best suited for long term category TCO development and risk levers.
  • Manage sourcing project roadmaps


To qualify for the position as Project Sourcing Manager, you have at least 3-5 years of experience of a similar role and a university degree in a relevant field.

  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify, tailor, and present complex topics to a variety of audiences
  • Excellent in enabling the stakeholders to align with our procurement best practices
  • Fluency in both english and swedish
